All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Please note that during busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or unforeseen circumstances. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
